Partner Support Coordinator

Immediate opening for a Partner Support Coordinator within a dynamic and fast growing telecommunications solutions provider based in Petaluma. We are seeking a highly self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic that works well in a team environment and excels in a fast pasted setting to provide backup assistance to the partner support team. This team works daily with supporting our top performing sales partners. The partner support coordinator position is designed to train incoming colleagues on Intelisys, our model, and train them on the day to day operations of the partner support team to eventually move into that role.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE & OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided.

  • College studies or equivalent work experience.
  • Superior proficiency in computer usage, the Internet, the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Excellent organizational, follow up and time management skills required.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking.
  • 2 years of customer service or admin experience required.
  • Telecommunications experience a plus.
  • Ability to work within a cooperative team environment as well as perform assignments autonomously.
